Your apartment will be ready from 3 pm. If you’re going to arrive earlier, please let us know, and we’ll try to arrange early access, though this will be subject to occupancy and the day’s cleaning protocols.

Digital access, no waiting times
Manage your arrival and departure completely autonomously. ART Las Palmas uses a system of smart locks so you can enter your home without going through a conventional reception, giving you total freedom from the first minute in the city.

Check-out must be completed before 11 am. It is vital that you respect to this deadline as the digital keys are automatically deactivated at this time and the system will block access to the property.
How arrival works
Your mobile (cell) phone is your key
You’ll gain initial access to the building and your apartment using a digital key on your mobile device.
- If you booked via our website: we'll send you an email with download instructions and your access code before your arrival.

Digital locks allow you to enter at any time, even outside of customer service hours. The day after your arrival, we’ll pop round to say hello, and finalise your check-in or any outstanding payments.

While check-in and check-out times are automated in an effort to ensure the properties are always clean and available, we have a certain amount of flexibility, providing occupancy allows. If you need to check out later or check in earlier, please contact us to confirm whether or not this is possible.
