To ensure everyone’s well-being and the upkeep of the facilities, we ask that you follow these guidelines during your stay. Keeping the apartments in good condition and respecting the surroundings ensures a high-quality experience for our entire community.

Personalised attention

Please keep the apartment and furniture in the same condition as when you arrived. In an effort to reduce electricity consumption, please switch off lights and electrical appliances whenever you leave the premises

Take out the rubbish every day and place it in the public bins on the street outside. Please note that you will be liable for any damage caused by negligence or misuse, in which case we will provide an estimated cost, which you will be required to pay. We will then email you the actual amount so that any necessary adjustment can be made.

Do not bring in any furniture that is not part of the accommodation’s standard furnishings, or any electrical or gas appliances, with the exception of personal hygiene items (electric razors, hairdryers, etc.). Only the people listed on your admission document may stay in the accommodation.

Bathrooms

Please do not flush wet wipes or feminine hygiene products down the toilet; there are bins provided in the toilet for this purpose.

Events & celebrations

Please remember you are staying in a residential area, so noise or other activities that disturb the neighbours are not permitted. Parties, celebrations, and visitors are also prohibited. From 9 pm on please respect the peace and quiet of the other residents and guests at ART Las Palmas.

Water

Water is a precious resource, so please use it responsibly. We recommend you use bottled water, even for cooking, as the tap water is not safe to drink.

Internet

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the complex. Turn on Wi-Fi on your device and select the ‘artlaspalmas.com’ network. To enjoy internet access throughout your stay, just enter your details and flat number in the pop-up window that appears.

Balconies

Please use the balcony responsibly and do not throw any objects over the edge. It is forbidden to hang washing on the glass railing or to set up clotheslines on the balcony. Close the windows and the balcony door when you leave, both for safety reasons and to ensure the air conditioning continues to work (the system shuts down if it detects open doors).

Washing machine & dryer

Your flat is equipped with a washer-dryer. Please only use it when necessary and with a full load to make the best use of resources, and avoid overloading it. Use the interior clothes lines to dry your washing.

Cleaning

Your stay includes final cleaning, but please leave the kitchen tidy and without trash. If you stay more than 7 days, you will receive a mid-stay cleaning with bed linen change. Towels are changed twice a week. If you need an extra service, request it at reception for 30 € per day. If the apartment is left in disorder or excessively dirty due to negligence when checking out, a fee of 50 € will be charged.

Vending machines

There are vending machines on the ground floor dispensing water, soft drinks, snacks, and coffee.
